Terms and Conditions
It is our right to amend these terms and conditions at any time we deem suitable and the changes will come in to immediate affect as soon as they have been submitted on this page. We advise that you refresh yourself with our terms and conditions regularly.
When quotes are sent they are based upon the daily metal fix. We buy our metal in to order and as the daily metal fix changes so do our prices. To secure the quote at the price given full payment must be made. Should you wish to place an order at a later date a new quote will be submitted reflecting that days metal fix.
All orders must be paid in full upon being placed. You will be given an expected delivery date upon placing your order, this is only an estimated date and although we strive to commit to these dates on certain occasions and during busy periods it may take a little longer, we will always keep you informed of any delays.
If your item arrives and is not as described you may return it with in 30 days of the dispatch date for an exchange or refund, this includes any statutory cooling off period. Should you need to cancel your order during the manufacturing period please contact us via email.
Returns and refunds
Your item must be returned in its original condition showing no sign of damage or alteration, in its original packaging along with all original documentation.
The Wedding Ring Store reserve the right to refuse refunds or apply fees where there are significant signs of wear and tear even if the item is returned with in the 30 day period.
Items will not be refunded or exchanged where there is evidence that a 3rd party has worked on the item.
Refunds and exchanges on bespoke, engraved and shaped rings will not be applicable unless there is a manufacturing fault, they may be given at the Companies discretion.
Where there is evidence that an item has been purchased with the intention of choosing between this and another refunds will not be applicable.
Refunds are made using the original payment method.
When using our bespoke service it may be necessary for you to send us your engagement ring. Your item is fully insured whilst in our care and you will receive documentation when it arrives with us.
When sending items to us we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery, we are not responsible for any items lost in transit so please make sure you are covered for any loss or damage from your courier company.
Products on our website may contain descriptions of weight and depth, these are approximate weights and while our products won’t differ dramatically they may be slightly under or over the measurement described.
At The Wedding Ring Store our customer’s online privacy is of the utmost importance.
Upon placing an order you will be asked to enter some personal information such as your name, address, contact number and email address. We use this information for the purpose of the transaction and may from time to time email you with news and offers, you may unsubscribe to these at any via email.
All payments are made via our payment gateway, PayPal. We do not hold any records of your payment details, these are held by PayPal and you should read through their security and data policies before making a payment.
Tracking technologies such as cookies can collect information such as domain names, host names, IP addresses, browser systems and types, demographic information and dates and times when our website has been accessed. We use this information solely for the purpose of improving our site and your customer experience.
It is not our intention to transfer any of your personal information to any third parties without your consent unless we are bound to as a legal requirement.
